Since my travels to Ireland and having 2 children, my St. Patrick’s Day traditions have changed from my younger days of drinking Guinness till 4 AM to now creating The Messy Leprechaun. I have learned to cook corn beef and cabbage, make Irish coffee, and like Irish soda bread.
I know a couple of Irish tunes that have now become family favorites. Marrying an Irishman and naming my child after Jameson the Irish whiskey and her middle name after a county in Ireland.
I have incorporated some old family traditions and started a few new family traditions. We don’t just celebrate one day we usually celebrate for a few days. If you would like to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with us, here are a few fun festive ways you to take part in the celebration.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
