I’m feeling very sluggish today and I could use a good workout routine to get me moving at home. I think I totally fell into the unhealthy pit of holiday eating and drinking. I may have put on a few pounds, but at 5″ 2′ I’m freaking out because my jeans are tight. But most of all, I want to feel good and get more energy.
It’s hard to make it to the gym when you have the kids home. My personal fitness trainer Georgia from IHP Institute of Human Performance in Boca Raton has been gone for a week during the holiday break.
However, Georgia made sure that I kept going as I approach 2016.
3 Workout Routines To Get You Moving At Home
Today, she sent me 3 Workout Routines that I can do on my own until she gets back. After all of the breakfast casseroles, pasta dishes and delicious cocktails, my body is in total need of some movement and sweat.
After getting my heart rate up and having fun with the kids, I grabbed my Workout Routine Printout and started my circuit training.
If you’re not sure how to do a burpee or reverse lunge, you can Google it and a video will pop up with someone showing you how to do it.
If you are a stay-at-home mom or a mom working outside the home and can’t get to see Georgia, then I will share these 3 Workout Routines. They will have you feeling good and sweating out all of those New Year’s cocktails in no time.
