Have you heard of The Winemaker’s Table?
I had never heard of this restaurant, but this dining experience was like no other. You know I had to share the scoop.
The Winemaker’s Table located in Delray Beach, Florida is a hidden location you don’t want to miss.
Don’t be fooled by the exterior and location. Jessica Scialletti, the new owner has kept the same rustic European design and interior with sparkling chandeliers and gorgeous wall hangings. Her vision for creative and gastronomic cuisine can be seen on their monthly menu.
On this particular evening, I was hosted for one of their monthly 5- course wine dinners. Each wine was better with each dish.
Chef Joshua Bradley, originally from Cafe Max created a menu with creative European flair plus his own spin and flavors.
Fernando Ballesteros, a Certified Sommelier from Johnson’s & Wales University romanced us with the evening’s pairings. I could have listened to him talk all night.
